Milk Moon Studio partnered with Uncle.Snitch to redesign the Royco recipe and product site.

We had already migrated the Royco recipe site to Webflow from WordPress. For the redesign we were supplied with conceptual designs for the homepage and recipe page, which we built out across the rest of the site to give it a fresh, up-to-date look.

About the project

Daily life is busy, and a proper home-cooked meal often turns into a distant dream. Royco steps in as a cooking companion, bringing a trove of recipes and ideas to put the warmth of home back into every kitchen. Working with Royco was never going to be a standard job. We were building a digital nook where the aroma of home-cooked meals beckoned.

Royco isn’t just a brand, it’s a journey into the heart of every kitchen, with the clatter of pots and pans playing in the background. The project was about capturing that feeling in a digital experience, so that anyone can put on the chef’s hat and make something good. Our recipe projects are collected on their own page if you’d like to see more like it.

What we built

A digital cookbook

Our story with Royco played out on a canvas where simplicity met sophistication, and the joy of cooking was celebrated in every pixel. The website was envisioned as a digital cookbook, full of recipes for every occasion, whether that’s a quiet dinner date, a bustling family feast or a relaxed weekend brunch. The ‘Recipes’ section shows off that variety, with plenty of culinary ideas waiting to be discovered. If you build CMS-heavy sites yourself, our post on a flexbox CMS pattern that feels custom covers one way to lay them out.

Occasions

The ‘Occasions’ section was about tuning into the rhythm of life, offering recipes that suit the mood of the moment, be it the warmth of winter recipes or the zest of weekend BBQs. It was about making it effortless to find the perfect recipe for the occasion.

Articles

Royco’s story is further enriched by a section of articles, a window into culinary trends, tips and insights, which makes it a go-to destination for anyone looking to improve their cooking.

About us

The ‘About Us’ section is a window into the heart of Royco, telling the story of a brand dedicated to bringing back the joy of home-cooked meals and making the kitchen a haven of creativity.

Built on Webflow

We used the strengths of Webflow to build a site that is as warm as the aroma of a simmering pot and as inviting as a home-cooked meal. The interface was made to be as intuitive as it is inspiring, so every visit is a step towards a culinary adventure. (If you’re wondering why we build on it, here are 10 reasons Webflow works for Milk Moon.)

Our effort with Royco was about more than web design. It was about creating a digital space where the joy of cooking is celebrated, where finding the perfect recipe takes a few clicks, and where the warmth of home-cooked meals beckons.
