Bizzy V2

Bizzy V2, Fintech

Bizzy brings a freelancer's business and finances into one place. Milk Moon Studio created its name, logo, brand identity and Webflow landing page, then ran a Google Optimize multivariate test in 2022 to find a winning launch combination.

Milk Moon Studio was tasked with creating a name, logo, brand identity and landing page for Bizzy.

Bizzy formed part of a testing process for a freelance SaaS and admin platform. We built out a variety of sections in Webflow, all focusing on different features. We then implemented Google Optimize (a tool Google retired on 30 September 2023) to test the conversion rates, time on site and bounce rate for different feature combinations, to arrive at a winning launch combination for Bizzy.

The challenge

If you freelance or run a small business, admin tends to eat the time you would rather spend on your actual work. Bizzy was meant to be a calm place where that admin gets handled, so people could get on with their creative work without the weight of day-to-day management tasks.

Bizzy was more than just a SaaS platform. It was built so freelancers and small business owners could manage their business and finances without fuss, and keep their creativity free of interruptions. It followed Bizzy V1, an earlier testing phase for financial products for freelancers that went on to become Craft.

Our approach

We did not set out to build just a website. The idea was a digital helper that could handle plenty of admin tasks. It was all about simplicity: a user experience that makes admin feel less like a chore and more like a breeze.

Bizzy was one stage in a testing process for a freelance SaaS and admin platform. We built several sections in Webflow, each focused on a different feature, then ran Google Optimize (a tool Google retired on 30 September 2023) to compare conversion rate, time on site and bounce rate across different combinations of those features. The aim was to land on a winning launch combination for Bizzy. If you want to measure your own conversions this way, our guide to tracking events and goals in Google Analytics with Tag Manager is a good place to start.

What we built

For Bizzy we created the name, logo, brand identity and landing page. Bizzy V2 was about making admin feel easy and efficient. The landing page is meant to welcome people into a world where admin runs smoothly, rather than just look good, and we tuned the design to match the simplicity and efficiency Bizzy wants to give its users.

We carried that thinking through every design and build detail. The result is a platform that looks good and feels good, with intuitive navigation, interactions that make sense and an easy way to manage a business. It is the kind of Webflow design and build work we do.

Results

Google Optimize multivariate test results

Google Optimize multivariate test report for Bizzy showing 3,781 collected sessions over 17 days, a table of 16 combinations with their conversion rates, and a chart of modelled conversion rate over time

The test ran from 27 April to 13 May 2022 and collected 3,781 sessions across 16 combinations, with form submissions as the primary goal. In the report, combination A1-B0-C1-D0 had the highest observed conversion rate, at 21.83 percent. Google's report noted there was not enough data to call a definite best variant, so treat 21.83 percent as the highest observed rate rather than a proven winner.
